this is are second one we have had in 14 years and that is not bad going we love it .

I have used Pureflo for several years with no problems, also reminding me when the filters are due for renewal!

Pureflo is an efficient and economic way of getting a constant purer supply of drinking water. Tea and coffee taste better and a glass of water is much nicer, and knowing that impurities have been removed is a comfort. In areas where water is subject to strong tastes a Pureflo filter is an essential piece of kit.

The Kit arrived promptly. The general assembly instructions were sufficient to put the system together but there were no instructions to assemble the hardness reduction unit which would have been helpful. Unfortunately a couple of lugs on this unit were missing but were quickly dispatched the next day by Pureflo. After using the unit for a couple of days we immediately noticed a market improvement in the taste of the water and no scum on the tea/coffee..

I fitted one of these taps about 8 years ago. They are very neat, but the first one started dripping after about 18 months. Pureflo replaced it, as they had a lifetime guarantee at the time. The next one failed after about the same time, but the one I have just replaced lasted about 4 years. Latterly water was pouring out of it. The whole life guarantee is no more, so I had to pay for this present one. As there is no obvious way to get into the tap mechanism, the whole tap has to be replaced, which is rather wasteful. I'm hoping the tap design has improved - ceramic disc taps really should last longer than this.

I just received an email informing me my water filters were due for renewal. I have to say I had tried a few filters from another company but found them not to be as good as the Pureflo filters. I was looking around at other water filters when an email arrived from Pureflo so I decided to ordered four new filters by doing so you save some money, a few days later the new filters arrived. However, since I last used these filters they had done some changes to the filters one of them was to make them a little longer, unfortunately my housings were too short. so I contacted Linda at Pureflo to say the new filters were too long and would not fit, Linda checked my account was a little confused because she had sent me a new housing a couple years back, she said no problem I will send you a new housing later that week, after only a few days the new housing arrived all FREE of charge. I now have my new filter installed and my water is back to tasting a lot better, I also checked the hardness of my water from the tap it is 131 after the filter it is reduced to 121. Bob

Decided up upgrade our Pureflow tap and I'm very happy with the quality and price paid. Excellent customer service too.

I have used pureflo filters for about 8 years continually the price has hardly changed, you order online within 3 days you have your filters, I cannot fault the service or filters

If there is a better customer orientated company I have yet to find it and I am 76. Brilliant. Nothing more to say.

Items arrived as expected- to be fitted within two weeks. Hopefully will remove the chlorine taste in our water.
