Simple to fit - just ensure you have a box spanner with a wide hole down the centre. If the holes in it have been punched rather than drilled it will be difficult. Also recommend using a 2 size larger box spanner over the top of the current one to make it longer.

Excellent service easy to fit filters. BUT be warned the tap drips after about 18 months and it is not possible to fix. So be prepared to buy a new tap every 18 months.
I would've given 5* been many years customer... just this order same price but they removed one part of the item no instructions to say use the old part never knew could use the old part other side would've kept as spare from previous order... other side I like this store I remember when I moved home I needed a part which I left in my old house pureflo sent me that part for free... now that's 8 years ago I must be they customer 10 years plus
