There was a bit of a mix up on my last order and I have to say it was corrected quickly, and professionally. I’m blind so I have some difficulty navigating some sites, but Puressential has been very helpful. I love the concentrated lotion based they make amazing butters with minimal effort, and tons of ways to make them my own creation. Being blind I am Very tactile, and Puressential’s product is amazing very moisturizing quick and Irving everything you want to make it yours. Thank You so much Puressential! I have been a customer for years and have loved your lotion base. Normally I get the one with Rosemary and love it! This time I decided to try the Cocoa butter lotion base and It is rancid. The smell is horrible! The expiration shows it’s good until December 2023. It also is a much looser consistency then any of the other bases I have gotten. I’m disappointed :-(
