The UPS label was created 6 days ago and still no package. I was making shampoo bars to send in our Operation Christmas Child boxes. I won't make the deadline even if the product arrives tomorrow! Very, very disappointed!!!!
Products came packaged for protection everything was intact,products were as ordered,would like to have a paper chart of all products and more formulas.I will be ordering from this company in the future .
Got all of my items! Not satisfied with the WATERFALL FRAGRANCE OIL that I purchased...didn't like the smell & made my soap batter trace extremely fast. I didn't stick blend that much & within minutes it had thickened to pudding. However I'm satisfied with the rest of my items. I will STILL buy from you again!

Great company! Fast delivery! I have only given 4 stars because of the shipping costs. There have been many times where I have chosen another company because of cheaper or free shipping rates. I have not done that with Pure Essentials, but it has crossed my mind.
