had been searching for a PUDDLE PUMP for the garden for a while. I came across this firm and there appeared to be a good product at a reasonable price. I phoned up, told the chap what I needed it for and he told me that what i was looking at wasn't suitable, but pointed me to something else, a kit including pump, hose, and box or crate to set the pump into. I ordered the product online, and it arrived free of delivery charges. Only one gripe is that the courier sent an email and text saying it would be delivered on Monday, I stayed at home and it never came, no warning at all. Next day, they sent a text to say it was coming then. But packaging and the product itself was all good.

I placed a order online for a Expansion vessel and received a telephone call 25 minutes later to explain that they were waiting on my size of tank coming it to them , offering apologies and would dispatch as soon as they received then in . My order was placed on the Tues afternoon and was delivered to me on the Sat morning. 1st class service can't ask for more.

Pump arrived poorly packed but I tried to use it. Discovered it was broken and pumps direct refused to help in any way so I wouldn’t use these guys again when there are many other companies.
