The system and service are amazing!!! The Reporting Functionality Could be Improved! It is difficult to get simple reports. But thank goodness for my service rep who built the reports I needed on his own time.... PLEASE improve the reporting functionality.

I have used close to 10 different project management tools and ProWorkflow is by far the most cost effective, intuitive, and easy-to-use. Furthermore, they constantly are making updates to the UI and functionality. Lastly, their customer service is par for any other company in the world. They promptly respond to all inquires, often with a phone call within 24 hours to anywhere in the world. Genuinely, this is a great company - with a great product. I've brought PWF into 4 different companies and referred them to half a dozen of my clients. SJ Consulting

We've tried a few. We were on BaseCamp, then moved to WorkFlowMax but have settled on ProWorkFlow for the last 2/3 years. PWF has the size and scale to work the way we want it to. There customer service is great. They will make a report or even develop a new feature using their app marketplace to extend the offering (if you ask nicely enough). They also keep working hard to make the product better. I would definitely recommend the product.

We've been very happy with our decision to use ProWorkFlow. It just works! Not a lot of thought (after you determine how your company will use it) is needed – we just do our jobs and the tool assists us to make the work easier and more efficient. ProWorkFlow is a well developed and well supported product, and there is a great team of people that stand behind their service ready, willing and able to help!

The ProWorkflow software itself is very robust, user friendly and effective -- all the way from estimate/quoting to invoicing and syncing with QuickBooks. Customer service is top notch with issues being addressed within minutes. Being overseas isn't an issue at all. Great full solution for a small to mid-size creative agency.

We've been using PWF for the past 4 years and we could never move to a new system after using this great platform. It has everything we need, and if it doesn't the PWF Team are probably already building it. We mostly love the constant updates and improvements, which help our business grow and expand. New features being added all the time. And the fact that it directly integrates with our Xero account is a huge plus! No more double entering invoices. Thanks PWF!

We demo'd a lot of systems and landed on PWF as the solution for our division. It has become the workflow hub used to route creative through 4 teams, bringing organization and collaboration that we haven't previously seen in my tenure with the company. I am always astounded at the level of customer service we are given, truly feeling valued. I would highly recommend a demo and discussion about ways to incorporate PWF into your workflow, including possible customizations to meet the needs of your group.

My business Brown Ink Design has been using ProWorkFlow since January 2011. We have two studios and it was imperative to be able to track all my designers time on all products. To do this we needed an online solution, we tested two other online Project Management software products before ProWorkFlow. Neither did everything we wanted. ProWorkFlow felt intuitive the moment we started using it, it does almost everything we want, and the customer support (which we have hardly needed) has been amazing. ProWorkFlow has continued to evolve and get better over the past 4+ years which is great to see. We see ProWorkFlow as an integral part of our business, it allow me to track every staff member's time online at the end of each day, which keeps my stress levels intact. "ProWorkflow is so easy to use"! This is the sentiment across our whole team from Team Members to Management. It gives us visibility of our work and takes no time to add new projects and tasks with the excellent 'template' feature. Day to day use is a breeze with chronological tasks and alerts, just in case you miss a milestone. The reporting feature is great too, especially the one click project report, ensuring PM's keep on top of tasks, resources and budget. We are a large Health Care organisation and we would highly recommend ProWorkflow for any industry wanting clear visibility of organisational deliverables.
