I was speaking to a nice gentleman called Sam who went through the time and effort to come up with some figures that was reasonable for my situation however when I wanted it emaild to myself so I can go through it with my wife and compare with other companies I've spoken to I got an email saying he is reluctant to send initial figures as not to get into a price wars with other companies? This sent out a big red flag as I've spoken to other companies who were more than happy for me to go away have a think have a compare and then get back to them even though prices can change and this is was as time of the call. I find this is the wrong way toget customers and infact i will no longer be using this company they called me every 5 mins and now I wanted time to think they won't send me details no for me
