The ProofreadNOW team is always reliable and kind. On the rare occasions they cannot meet a deadline, they always reach out to let you know in advance that more time will be needed. The only problem is that the web interface is difficult to use if you need to message back and forth with the team, but otherwise the actual people behind the website are great, as is the service.
