I have never ordered branded glassware before as I had always assumed it would be too expensive for the average person. I was pleasantly surprised at PromoParrot, that they could give me an order in reasonably low quantities for a very reasonable price... i.e. the estimates on the web site were borne out as we progressed the order. The product itself and it's production quality were exactly as described and there are no issues there. Turn around was fast and the delivery date was hit. So far so good. I feel PromoParrot really excelled themselves in their friendly and effective communication in every stage of the process. Even when things went wrong (a wayward sample delivery) they stayed on top of it and re-despatched it quickly and chased me up for comment before continuing the order. I short I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
