I found the company very friendly and efficient to deal with. They were more than helpful in giving advice and redrawing my artwork. I would have no hesitation in using the company again and recommending. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I do find it expensive, although the prices are similar to most other companies.

We placed an order to get custom badges designed for an event. The process of getting the designs right took a while. There was a lot of back and forth. Unfortunately when the badges arrived they were completely the wrong shape. I will say that once the error had been flagged the PP team were great in getting a new batch sent to us on time for our event - so thanks a lot for that speedy turnaround!

I ordered 108 mugs and 500 pens.The quality of product and print was exceptional. Only problem was 6 mugs had minor deficiencies which the company instantly issued a refund for.

Well the sales rep was helpful and she tried hard - and the final result looks good, even if it isn't exactly what I wanted (it was "reasonably" close). I supplied the artwork but they unintentionally changed the font so it didn't fit and looked poor. Still that's what proofs are for and that was easily sorted. I wanted it to be printed in light cream but they produced the next proof in a yellow. Unfortunately there was no light cream in the reduced-pallet Pantone chart they sent - so they asked me (helpfully) to supply a Pantone reference. I did but they said it wasn't a Pantone number - I showed it to them on the Pantone website and they got back to me again - sadly with the wrong colour that was too dark. After three attempt,s as it was still not a light cream, I simply gave in and said print it white. I have printed a lot of items over the years with other people and have never had this problem before. At the end of the day the product looks good, if not quite what I wanted. It was also good value and was delivered quickly and easily within the time-scale. The sales rep remained helpful and friendly throughout and I feel sorry that she was probably caught between me and her less helpful technical department. If it hasn't been for the helpful attitude I would only have given three stars.

Great service right from the start, I had been looking at a number of websites and prices for printed bags. Promo Parrot really stood out, as they were friendly and helpful throughout, from providing samples and advice on artwork to the end product. The finished bags are excellent quality and printed to a very high standard. Would definitely use again!

Very easy flow from quote to sample approval and delivery. Our due date was met. Unfortunately no tracking system available with the carrier. Was told delivery would be between 8.00 and 17.30. They were delivered at 9.10. Then I noticed on the box it said Delivery by 10.00. Knowing that would have been helpful. Unfortunately on opening the boxes 5 were damaged.But overall would use again.
