Items have not been delivered. No email update. Waited in all afternoon - finally logged on at 7:30pm to DPD and states “can’t find address”, I’ve had no missed calls, no email, no notification, only this email requesting I rate the service. Rubbish at this point.

The juices are really lovely. Not everyone’s cuppa tea but they are packed full of goodness. All fresh and no nasty stuff inside them that our bodies don’t really need.

Inconsistent volume of bottle contents made me feel okay one day, then very hungry the next. Raised issue with customer support, sent photo of example bottles demonstrating problem, their response was to request photographs of every bottle in my set - circa 50!! Like anyone has time to do that, terrible customer service so far. Utterly disappointed as these are far from cheap.

Loved it!!! Could not fault anything

The delivery was over a day and a half late, which is not great anytime but when I had planned to start a cleanse on Monday and arranged for delivery Sunday morning it is extra disappointing. I was also disappointed that my emails to Press enquiring about the late delivery were never responded to. Once the juices and soup arrived I was satisfied with the products, they’re good quality and I was never starving, so it’s a shame about the customer service side of things.

Really yummy! I thought I'd struggle with a two day cleanse but the variation between juices, smoothies and soups helped to keep it interesting. Only thing would be that I think I'd prefer a different meal plan on each day to make it more interesting however, this is a very minor point as everything was yummy enough to eat twice!

Great concept, quick delivery. Horrible juices..rather unpleasant taste and all left a bitter after taste, none of them were easy to drink for this reason. The milkshakes however were okay.

Since the name change so has the taste. In terms of volume for value, I’d say could be improved- larger size bottle or a attractive price

The smoothies were delivered at room temperature despite the label stating that they must be kept refrigerated. I used them anyway but with concern. I enjoy being able to drink so many vegetables so easily. It has had a positive impact on my health.

Loved the detox programme, done three days lost 4lbs and feel great. Products were delicious and the email response was super efficient, highly remind the products and customer service.

Products always arrive chilled well packed

The juices were great, but most of the meals and soups had gluten and/or dairy in them so my meals were extremely repetitive over the 7 days which became extremely monotonous. I would suggest Press take into account that many people suffer from intolerances so making small changes to their products to avoid the main allergens would be great!

Part of the order was missing. We explained the situation. They promised to rectify. They then sent something completely random we had not ordered. Nice people, terrible logistics. They offered a refund and a voucher which was fair but left us without orange juice for our event.

Poorly formulated and all juices are very high in sugar. The soups contain sunflower oil AND rapeseed oil both of which are detrimental for health and highly inflammatory. Two of the best things you can do for health is to avoid excessive sugar intake and avoid industrial seed and vegetable oils...thus this cleanse is absolutely not healthy. Also not organic fruits and veg. Really disappointing

I did the weekend reset for the second time and I love it! Although I wasn’t too keen on the nourish protein soup (kale, kelp, black garlic) but got it down me :) can’t wait to do my next cleanse after Christmas!
