Nice products, fast delivery

I would prefer to pay more for food that is fresher and more tasty such as Kitchen Detox. The pearl barley risotto was beige and tasteless. I threw them in the bin. The choice is limited - I’ve been sent the same meals 3 weeks in a row. I will go back to using Kitchen Detox which was amazing. I won’t buy this again.

Everyone I’ve ordered something has been missing from the order which is disappointing

Did the 3 Day Detox for the first time. Wasn't sure has seemed expensive but took the plunge. OMG..definitely worth it. 8 juices planned out each day and all taste excellent. I did eat a two or three apples each day too. Could definitely feel the benefit to doing this and it wasn't hard at all. Now looking to do the full week of juices next month. Cheers ESW.

Decent enough juices but overpriced. It’s simple enough ingredients (your classic green veg/ginger/turmeric etc) that you could easily make yourself. Maybe worth the money if you’re just doing one day but if you do 2/3 days you could easily go get all the ingredients for under £30 while their 3 day cleanse is £90… I’d rather make it myself and keep the extra £60. The soup one might be better as there’s probs more too it but wouldn’t recommend the simple juice one.

The company provides an amazing selection of juices/smoothies. My favourite is the celery juice. I’ve noticed if my skin is looking tired or dull. I drink a couple of juices and my skin is glowing.

We only received 2 dinners in our last delivery instead of 5

Delicious array of juices and health shots and some soup to kick start the new year. Good packaging and well presented products. I would recommend this Company to anyone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle

Truly excellent customer service! We had a few drinks missing from our order and the team responded to my messages really quickly and went above and beyond to sort the issue out, giving a solution that I was really pleased with. I really can’t fault the service. The only reason I’ve dropped one star is because I don’t love all of the drinks. Some of the ones included in the couples cleanse are not the nicest tasting. The shakes are really nice though, especially the apple and cinnamon one. I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the cleanse yet as I’m only 1 day in.

Rubish service Rubish customer care

I had the worst experience. Some items were not delivered. I was not informed about this. I had to reach out to Press Health Food that some items were missing from the delivery and I was told that it was because they were out of stock. I paid for items, you ran out of stock and you decided not to mention it to me. Now you want to deliver them,you are charging me another delivery fee to deliver what you were meant to deliver to me the first time. This is robbery.

Currently doing the 4 week plan and loving it. I’ve found the meals really filling, yummy and delivery was prompt. I’ve also had a few queries, and the customer service was superb (thank you Yasmin!!). Half way through, and can’t fault it. My only feedback would be for PRESS to reconsider the mango breakfast option as it’s quite intense (several of us were unable to eat it, and we aren’t picky eaters). Regardless, thanks again to the customer service team who had this swapped out for all my future deliveries after I sent them a quick WhatsApp text. It’s pricey but worth it, and it’s made me excited to try their other products as well.

Quality of food and service is excellent.

I was really sceptical about spending 130 quid for 7 days detox however can honestly say I’m super impressed, it’s not cheap but it’s quality. I enjoy tasty quality food & the soups were amazing. The juices were also excellent. It kept me full - I did top up with an apple a day & fruit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & will use again. Customer service was also excellent & I got called back very quickly.

Great quality meals - and the soups are tasty and filling despite being low calorie.

Have been trying the 4 week program to break my bad habits and lose a few pounds. Have got on fine with the products and not felt to hungry. 1st weeks delivery was fine, all arrived on time and as described. just had 2nd weeks delivery that had items broken and spilt over the other items in the box. 2 main meals were missing too. The customer service was excellent, once complained then it was all sorted very quickly by Yasmin. Also offered a couple of extra smoothies for the inconvenience. Well Done Yasmin & Press.
