Can definitely recommend the winter soup cleanse. Tbh I hate soups but this was so good and warming! I needed to lose about 4 pounds and it worked and I’ve kept the weight off too :) Though I just did two days proper detox and then for the remaining days would do the morning detox and eat whatever for dinner / alternate the next day as I’m too active for such a large caloric deficit. It shrunk my tummy so I wasn’t as hungry and I definitely didn’t crave cheese or sweets etc. If you want an overall glow and to lose a bit of weight this is ideal. And the soups have protein which is vital.

Timely delivery and delicious products. Unfortunately one of the soups had exploded over the rest of one of the boxes.

5* for concept and delivery - less for the product. The soups in the Winter Cleanse are too spicy - especially at a time when the idea is to give the digestion a rest. Also the bouillon used is full of powdered ingredients which are not great for digestion. I would want a ‘cleaner’ product when considering a cleanse.

Your products are brilliant. I am using them to regulate my diet. The only downside is the cost of postage, which is the same however little you wish to buy. This would put me off buying just the products I require weekly. Are your products available to buy in large stores.

Delicious soups, especially the tomato, quinoa and basil.

Soup cleanse for beginners is not too difficult, good quality.

The products are good quality and very tasty. The delivery is always quick and reliable.

The food/soup/snacks are delicious & filling. I like that you can choose your daily calorie intake & it’s all done for you. The leaflet is very good & easy to follow. When you email they answer immediately & are extremely helpful & polite. I only wish they had the meals all year round as I would happily live off them!

The taste of these juices is very palatable. I did the cleanse for a week mainly for my skin and it felt so silky and really helps with the itching I suffer with.

The Beginner Soup Cleanse was great. The only issue I encountered was that one of the soup containers was cracked and it leaked out a bit into the box in the came in. Other than that, I enjoyed the flavours and how convenient it was to order.

I did a two day soup and juice cleanse and lost 2kgs. Most of the juices are ok in taste. Wasn’t a fan of the celery juice but then I don’t like celery. Glad I went for the soup option, they where really nice and made me feel like u was actually eating something. I didn’t feel hungry at all while doing the cleanse. Not sure I could do more than two days at a time, but I will definitely be doing it again to give my weight loss a boost.

Customer service was super helpful and responsive when I needed to adjust my delivery date. The juices and smoothies I had over the two days were absolutely delicious, and I'd love to do another soon!

I did the 3-day intermediate cleanse and it’s was great. The juices were all are delicious and very easy to drink. I felt a big difference in my tummy, it was less bloated and I felt like I had so much more energy after the second day.

I’ve just completed an intermediate juice and soup cleanse. I found the products to be tasty and good quality. The customer service and delivery was very good.

Really delicious juices, excellent service it's just a shame it's so expensive.
