Great service and help. Rapid response to help with any questions we have. Had a few teething issues, but mainly due to operator error, not a system error. A very flexible system which we are still learning! We highly recommend it to anybody looking for an epos system.

Had their system now for 6 years and works well, does whats needed and just upgraded to a new system. Solves most problems straight away and what can not be solved quickly or by themselves they refer to developers to solve the issue
Darren was really helpful and supportive, and went out of his way to help, nothing was too much trouble at all. The technical support team, Matthew and Mark were extremely patient during training and whenever I telephoned with questions. To have peace of mind knowing that a team of people are supporting my business and being able to pick up the telephone anytime for technical support is fabulous!

Acorn's has great pleasure in reviewing our prolonged experience with Premier Epos, based in Wallasey, CH44 7JW. We are a significant Pet Food Retailing company based in NW Lancashire, which we purchased 2.5 years ago. Existing was an old version of PO Sale software, running on out-dated hardware, yet this base allowed us to appreciate the excellent value of the association with Premier Epos as a software provider. Within a few, short months we had developed a great relationship with the support staff and the software was, quite honestly, superb- it performed in a reliable and consistent manner. We were so impressed that we invested in new computer hardware and software upgrade within six months, and there have been no regrets . Some twelve months on, wee have had no complaints, there has been no downtime interruption, the platform is stable with absolutely no 'in shop-hours' problems. Fantastic software and an excellent company with which to work. We are very happy to offer many thanks to them, coupled with a promise to continue to reciprocate their efforts by continuing our support for Premier Epos on a daily basis.
Brilliant service, since buying our first EPOS from Premier back in March 2020 we have found nothing to cause us worry, only a fast and efficient service that has been friendly and comprehensive. As complete technophobes the team has held our hand and guided us through the mire of newbie mistakes with patience and a laymans explanation when needed (In our case a lot) Customer service outstanding from start when the machine arrived to the present day. We have used Premier Epos for the past 2 years and can honestly say that we cannot fault either their products or their service. Their customer service is second to none and whenever we have needed to use the out of hours help desk, they are incredibly prompt at resolving any issues. I would recommend Premier Epos over and above any other service provider.

We purchased 2 epos systems from them for our furniture and lighting showroom and the help in getting what we want and needed from the guys here was 2nd to none. They have been brilliant and the training is fantastic and very helpful. The till systems have made running our business much better and our only regret is that we didn't get them sooner. This is the third company we have tried to get an EPOS system to work around the way we work. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and they answer their phones! Make sure whoever you approach can and will answer all your questions, even the ones you don't know you need to ask. Premier EPOS do know what they are talking about.
Very versatile system, and the support team are excellent. A little more expensive than some epos systems however the hardware is amazing, and it's definitely worth the extra for the flexibility it allows when wanting to create your own custom reports among other things. As a pet shop, I wanted to have a system where I could also record pet details, and this has the ability to do that. The website integration is also brilliant, with updates to improve things being added all the time. Highly recommended.
I was using a different EPOS for about 10 years, it was OK but it rarely had an updates or new features to go with the times, so we decided to shop around for a new system. I saw Premier EPOS at Pats trades show and was given a quick demo on the spot and booked myself in for a online demo for a couple days time. I was completely shocked at some of the features, like the fact the sales screen is completely customisable! You would think that would standard thing in a EPOS software, but it's not. I love the fact the backoffice isn't a different piece of software, the till and backoffice have all the same features. I was worried the remote install would be an issue, but to be honest it was a simple unpack and plug in! (they provided a step by step video) The support team were great, they pre installed all my stock and customers from the old till data, I was serving in 20 minutes! Matthew did a top job at the remote training sessions, didn't overload us! And we could call up for help at anytime during the day, even though the tutorial videos are a great help, there are at least 100 videos to watch. I believe I've made the right decision in moving on from my old provider, my staff love it and the support they receive. Keep up the good work.
I've been with Premier EPOS in my 3 stores for the past 5 years. It's been a fantastic investment for me, the marketing manager alone has generated me so much more income over the years than my website! The support team have always been helpful to fix issues or to just pick their brains when I have a idea I what to try in the stores. I love the fact the YouTube channel is available and updated every week with new content, its great to refresh my memory of a certain part of system without having to call support to jog my memory. All round great experience.
Expensive and inexperienced, poorly managed... You get the picture. Once you have paid them for the till their support is shocking! They don't want to know you. Would not recommend this company ever!
