We have been using the Premier EPOS system for some years now and found it to be suitable for our needs. Any issues we have are resolved at the time by a simple phone call or a member of the support team will call us back. The system is regularly upgraded meaning any niggles that can't be resolved at the time may be included in a future update. Overall it has been well worth the investment for our business.

A great EPOS system, with great support. We have used Premier EPOS for four years now, we have three tills over two sites and overall we are very happy. We looked at many systems and used another company before switching to Premier EPOS, the till is very easy to use and has way more functionality than we currently use. I would Reccomend taking a package which includes support as it is something we use all the time (that may just be us but we are pretty competent bunch). The back office and functionality is great but not always intuitive and feels a bit old fashioned and clunky but there is change ahead apparently. We use it for stock management, ordering and analysis very effectively. Wherever we get stuck support are always brilliant at sorting us out, either by phone or by hopping onto the terminal via any desk and showing us what to do. Even at weekends support are very quick to respond to an email, which is great because you don’t want your till failing on a busy Saturday. We are very much looking forward to the diary function working in a much more user friendly way!!

Great product! Great Company! Great Service! Been with Premier EPOS now for 5 Months, have encountered next to no problems and the support staff has been brilliant. Overall Premier EPOS has been a joy to work with and I would highly recommend.

I needed a new epos system after a previous company let me down with support and customer service. After research I came across premier Epos who gave me an online demonstration of their system. The team was fab from start to finish, very thorough and friendly. The support team was extremely helpful with setting up my system remotely and training me to use the system over the phone during these trying times. I would highly recommend this company as they have helped me and my business grow thanks to their brilliant features.

I have had 2 till systems from Premier Epos now and I couldn't be happier. The equipment is fantastic and has been tailored to suit my business. It really does make life much easier by automatically doing many of the tedious labour intensive tasks that I previously had to do myself. Customer service has also been very good. Whenever I have had to ring, the advisers have been most helpful.

We started using Premier Epos in January 2021. This was a reluctant move from our previous system which had served us very well, but we needed a system which would integrate with out websites, primarily for stock control. After much research we decided on Premier Epos. The initial training was expertly provided and easy to follow. We have found Premier Epos to be an excellent system which has given us all the functionality we needed, plus a host of other functions, many of which we haven't used yet. The customer service is very good and personable. They are constantly working on improvements, with regular system updates. They are also happy to look at implementing suggestions you may have to further enhance the system. Keep up the good work Premier Epos !

Pursuing court action for refund of goods after months of utter incompetence. Over promised and vastly under delivered. Negative feedback is the only honest feedback, take note. Refusing £1500 refund despite having Epos system returned after admitting string of failures. Waste of time, money and energy.

This Epos system has helped take control of our business with all the features allowing us to look at many different aspects. Its easy to use and personalise to suit. Staff have adapted easily to the change. Any issues faced are quickly dealt with by the helpdesk team.

We chose premier EPOS as our point-of-sale system and have used it since January 2020. Our business was able to trade throughout the pandemic as we are one of the essential businesses. We have found this system to be reliable and the customer service has never disappointed. We choose to call if we have a query and it’s always been delt with over the phone very swiftly they can also help remotely which is very useful, the training supplied at the start was very helpful and easy to understand and the product database supplied really does speed things up. I wouldn’t go back to doing things as we did before.

I think we've been with Premier EPOS for well over 12 years now, and we've seen them and their software grow from a 2-man band to what they are now. We now run the software throughout our business on multiple machines for various roles, over the years the software has been adapted and built on to provide (in real terms) more functionality than any store would actually need. There are whole sections we don't use, from advanced reporting, to customer retention, advertising etc. the list goes on. We primarily use the software for stock, sales and accounting along with gift voucher functionality. It's a great bit of kit, and I'm unsure what we ever did before it! Over the years we have looked into other software provides, but always decided Premier EPOS is the right software for us. The lads on the support line are always able to advise on almost any issue or resolve remotely if needed. Highly recommend from a bricks and mortar / online store perspective.

We bought and installed the Premier Epos system for our business (Sew-Works) this year in March. The system has been great and has fantastic features although we don't currently use the system to it's full potential, we have great plans for next year. I would definitely highly recommend Premier Epos and their support is also excellent. Thank you Premier Epos.

I have watched premier epos grow over the years with there products and software.. they are passionate about there work and there customer service is always quick and prompt. I used to use another epos system before this which worked great, but when I looked at the costs for the features I wanted from the other system it worked out a lot more expensive.. The Premier EPOS system is loaded with all the tools small to large businesses will need and saves me a lot of time every week with managing daily tasks with just a few clicks of my mouse.. I would highly recommend using Premier EPOS services for both reliability and cost effectiveness too.. I researched many epos systems before choosing them as being a small business I needed a product that was cost effective and to keep my over heads low... so 10/10 for these guys.

I think in other circumstances where covid had not stopped a one to one visit I might have got my system up and running. I am finding it difficult to set up and learn over the internet even when the person teaching is very accommodating and patient. Northern Ireland has a lot of items that are not found on the system which means more work for a customer here. There is so much that will be useful when we get set up, the hardware is of good quality and I look forward to getting back office!

I have had Premier EPOS since August 2020, probably not the best time to purchase a new epos system but despite all the restrictions, they have been helpful dealing with any queries over the phone or email. The system has a huge amount of features so it's good to know it will be able to grow with my business.

We have used Premier Epos System in our store for 10 years and are on our second system. . Would of been a five star review but we have a customer loyalty card system and had loads of expensive cards printed but then the system was changed (with no notice) so that it autogenerated the customers numbers whereas previously we could enter our own. This now makes all the cards we have useless. There are some really good features and stock control is great. Some things are not so easy but if you have the support like we do you can always ring them in working hours. Not sure what happens out of hours though. So overall yes would recommend but would advise to ensure the system does everything that you want it to first

I made the leap of faith as a sole trader to taking on a retail shop. With the help of the team at Premier Epos holding my hand every step of the way it was the best decision. The till itself was built around my needs and I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. Now 8 months on and I'm already thinking of expanding.
