Customer service and products they sell are top notch. Using Parcel Force as your carrier isn't the best idea though. Item I purchased was shipped on time but was delivered late, I'm not going to mark down Power Tools UK for this but would highly recommend they change couriers. Parcel Force just do not care and haven't for many many years.

The product I received was different to what was pictured in the website. They contacted me and offered to take the product back however I needed the tool the next day. The offer was to swap the tool plus extra money for what was pictured. I'm disappointed as I would have spent much more money buying milwaukee power tools from them and they are local to me.
Need to change who delivers your parcels received a txt saying the package would be delivered Wednesday this was ok as I needed it Thursday. It didn’t show up no txt it came Thursday afternoon
