At the moment a poor show from power tools uk no communication, no replies to emails and still not received item 10 days later and no email to say it’s not available very poor show seeing we needed these boots urgent.

Great service. Following an initial phone call about the product they proactively checked some detail with the manufacturer and called me back. They didn't need to but it was proper customer service. I then, mistakenly, ordered the wrong voltage machines online. There was no issue with replacement of them, and they arrived the next day. Brilliant.
