Ordered a pair of Buckboots online, had a courteous email 2 days later to say there would be a slight delay followed by a message to say they'd been dispatched. Can't fault the service, kept in touch and item was delivered well packed with all paperwork inside the box. Boots were the best price I could find, some £20 cheaper than I could source locally. Price does rise from the advertised one when you add on VAT & delivery but still a good deal.
