I found Power Tools UK through the Bosch website. I'd identified the tool I wanted and was looking for the best price. For reassurance I phoned Power Tools sales to check that I had actually found the right thing. All the information was on their website but sales answered my questions. Only ordered a saw blade. It was out of stock but due back on Monday last (now Friday). Still not received. Poor service and communication on this occasion. Update: it did eventually arrive but had been backwards and forwards several times. Reason being apparently, it required a signature despite the fact it could have been left in the locked letter box or parcel bin. Thanks
