I am happy with the service overall, excepted not been informed with the delivery.

Ordered my bottle of wine ,it arrived very quick ,I waited 2 days only and it arrived safely and nicely packaged.

I ordered 12 bottles Ken Forrester Reserve Chenin as I was told it was an excellent wine. I just opened some and noted a 2007 vintage was delivered. The wine was undrinkable, old and did not age well at all. Horrible! I should have been told it was a poor vintage that ages badly. I will not use Port2Port again Thank you for your response and for contacting me, Bronwyn. It is always great to see an organisation taking feedback seriously and strive to correct customer dissatisfaction. Lets go forward in a positive way.

I am being asked to do review before my order has been delivered. Two emails have been received apologizing for delays in delivery. Commiserations are great but don't ask for a review before delivery.

Not impressed, not a happy experience. I have still not received my order. Apparently, it was delivered to the wrong address. The owner at the other address called this morning. How difficult is it for Aramex to call on my cell and leave a message?!!

Order was delivered timeously and without any hitches. Will certainly order from port2port again. Thanks!
