Wrong wine delivery by your appointed courier. They contacted me on Tuesday afternoon and I committed to check the order. I called them for 40 minutes on Wednesday morning before phone answered. I explained the situation. They called me Friday to enquire again! I called them Friday pm for answer. Still no solution. Your “Reva” is evidently aware of the problem but zero response from Port2Port. Abysmal handling of a boutique wine brand. Never again Port2Port

My experiences with P2P have generally been very good, but this one was a disappointment. The majority of my order was swapped with that of another customer and there was inadequate communication between P2P and the courier company.

You delivered the wrong product. To date the matter is not rectified although P2P is "working on it'. But i have been called several times to ask how happy i am by folk unaware of the problem.

Still a disaster with your courier. They delivered my boxes to somebody else and I got boxes from somebody else. A lot of action necessary on our side, and still not solved up to now. Aramex is a disaster !!!

No problems - I would like to point out to be sent a mail like this after each delivery is overkill and the quickest way to lose a customer. It has happened to me in the past where being bombarded with emails eventually leads to them being blocked and moving on to another wine selling site until they do the same - If customers do not get back to you assume they are happy - if they are not - believe me they will contact you !!!! Keep up the good work
