The website and wine selection on offer is great. However, the process of delivery was bad . One order with 4 separate deliveries. Plus a missing bottle of wine that was packed.

I have placed 3 orders over the past couple of weeks due to a decent selection of wine being available. The orders have however been a shambles and delivered in drips and drabs. I ordered a case of Poseleinberg Syrah on order number RM71087 which was not delivered and shows on the system as being delivered. The customer service department did not respond as promised and I am sitting nearly 2 weeks later without my wine which is supposed to take between 3 and 5 working days to deliver.
Receiving and processing orders timeously, but most of my recent orders are not coming from the wineries but from Norman Goodfellas , and boxes arrive in dribs and drabs in weak non-estate boxes. Processing by P2P is a better experience.
