The service in terms of delivery times etc. was good. However, I did not like the subterfuge employed by Port to Port in splitting my order and then charging me for delivery for the one part. This was disingenuous at best, but basically dishonest.

The service from P2P was excellent. I got an excellent service from one of the staff by the name of Bronwyn Tinker. She promised me that the wine will arrive on Thursday and the parcel arrived on Wednesday. This was the most wonderful suprise gift I received.
