Unexpected by many of today's standards this was perfect service. I sent my order by email and was advised very quickly that the order had been received and would be on it's way the following day. Next day - I was advised that it was despatched. Following day it was received. Well packaged with sturdy box and plenty of recyclable wadding. And it was the correct item.
