I spent ages searching for the right water lilies and came across these guys, called them and got the most fantastic advice. The plants arrived the following day in fantastic condition and growing brilliantly. I had to seek advice some weeks later and again it was brilliant, ordered on their advice further things for the pond which worked exactly as they said. Easy to use website. Kept informed of delivery progress. Carefully packaged with clear planting instructions. Plant had at least 5 leaves and more growing since.

As always my order came well packed and labeled meaning that the plants are protected from any damage being caused to them. The plants where extremely good quality and arrived healthy.

Ordered two brooklime and frogbit (the earliest I found available). All the plants were in terrific condition - the brooklime were at least 8 inches tall and so healthy. Delivery was within 3 days. Ok, they're a little more expensive than some others but you're certain of a quality product. Will definitely use again.

The plants arrived in a plastic takeaway container and while that bow had been beautifully padded within the cardboard box it arrived in. The small plants themselves had been knocked about within the takeaway container and so arrived with leaves having been broken off. The plants themselves needed to have been padded with wet paper towels or some other material in order to arrive unscathed. So disappointed when I opened it up. The order was dealt with in a timely fashion and this was very satisfying.

The are very little suppliers to compare with the first class service give by Pond Plant Growers Direct! The plants are top quality, delivered extremely well packaged and delivered on time. Had two orders so far and will certainly return to them. Thank you for an excellent service!! 👊🏻👍🏼

An enquiry via email about a certain water lily was quickly answered. Website was straightforward and easy to use, and dispatch of lily was the same day for following day delivery. The only let down was actual delivery by Parcel Force. Delivery promised by them, via text message and email, didn't happen the following day – with no apology for not delivering as promised. Water lily, a fine looking plant and expertly packaged finally arrived mid afternoon the following day. I've used Pond Plant Growers before and certainly recommend them. I only hope that any future deliveries are contracted to DPD ; )
