Excellent service. Quick delivery. Packaged well. Great product quality. Only four stars due to excessive delivery cost of £14. Aberdeen is located in the north east of Scotland. On the mainland. It is not in the Highlands & Islands.
Arrived next day packed in a small plastic Chinese takeaway tub half of the contents of which were dead and already rotting. Definitely would not recommend based on my experience.
Ordered Oxygenators & Marginals. Plants despatched very quickly (although carrier delayed delivery by 12 hrs by returning them to the depot at 17:45 on the first day of being out for delivery. They had been shown as for delivery 19:00-20:00). Quality of plants very good as was the way in which they were packed. Well done Pond Plants Direct, very pleased with quality and service!

My water lily arrived, perfectly packaged, within 24 hrs. Easy to follow instructions meant it was placed in the pond straightaway and there is already a beautiful bloom (within 3 days). A very happy customer!
