I am not satisfied ,and had a bad experience.Delivery charge the lowest is £5.99 but when you return the item they don't refund delivery fee.My husband placed an order 2 months and he returned the item ,they didn't refund a postage fee.

Dave Stockdale from customer service was very helpful in investigating and recommending a case that fits my Schecter guitar. Was looking for a cheaper alternative to the official case (which costs £300) - he did some investigation and got back to me quickly. Plenty of helpful communication along the way - this is how customer service should be. Costs little to do, but has a very positive outcome - have ordered the case and some wireless controllers too! Big up to Dave! (Hope his manager reads this).
