Phone to clarify the equipment I needed spoke to a person who knew what I was talking about and helped me select the correct equipment. Nice speaking to a person who understands the customers requirements rather than reading off their own website!
I knew which headset I wanted so I just searched for the cheapest price and PMC Telecom came up. The website made ordering easy with a great facility to choose the correct cable to suit my phone. Once ordered, the confirmation emails came through with VAT invoice attached and the equipment arrived first thing the next day. An all round pleasure to do business with.
My items got to the courier but didn’t turn up at my address. A simple phone call resolved the situation and the product was resent. I must say it is great to deal with a company who puts the customer first - well done.

I ordered the products that I needed through the website, and they were delivered promptly. I had no issue with quality or delivery times
I queried the delivery cost as the items I ordered (foam for headsets) could have been put in a small envelope and this would have reduced the delivery cost tenfold. It was explained to me that they use a courier and this is their standard price. I do understand this but think exceptions could be made.

PMC telecom have proved helpful with a return of a product that didn't do what I needed it to. This was the fault of the manufacturers advertisement, rather than of PMC. They also confirmed a replacement product would do what I need it to. No issues, would recommend
