Although the item I have ordered has to come direct from a manufacturer I have been kept well informed over this and I have been more than happy with the service I have received

Information on the web site is flaky. In my case incorrect photo of the item for sale. No response to emails. After calling and speaking to someone I did eventually place a web order. Ordering process was smooth and without issue. Stated order would be dispatched by next day with DHL. After 5 days and no dispatch confirmation I contacted PMC. I spoke to Paul who was both diligent and helpful. Turns out the item had been dispatched with DPD Local; not DHL. DPD had left my parcel in a local newsagents for customer pick up. No card was left by DPD and no tracking details forthcoming from PMC when the item was dispatched meant I was completely unaware. By the time Paul was able to email the tracking and collection pass the item had to be collected that day or returned to the sender for non-collection. A stroke of luck on my part. All in all the communication was fairly woeful, but well done Paul for rescuing the situation, but really shouldn't have been necessary if robust communication processes had been in place from the off.

Needed to speak to both sales and customer service and on all three occasions received courteous, helpful and friendly responses (by Paul). It was a pleasure doing business with them. DHL delivery were less reliable, leaving the parcel on the front door mat, over an hour before schedule, ignoring safe location instructions.

Ordered a Network switch for 10:30 next day delivery, company acccepted order over the phone. Fast forward to next day 10:30am, no switch. Midday, no switch. 2:45pm, email from PMC, "The switch was broken so we didn't send it"... You knew when you hadn't mailed it, why weren't we informed at that point??? Why did you wait until nearly 5 hours after it was due to arrive to notify us?!?!? Amateur service at best, actionable at worst.

Great headset - perfect for my Apple mobile device. Game changer for call handing whilst I’m working from home, hands free so allows me to continue typing/writing etc.

Ils m'ont vendu une marchandise qu'ils n'avaient pas en stock alors que sur le site ils mettaient que l'article était disponible pour plus de 600 livres et maintenant ils ne veulent pas me rembourser .Honteux !!!!

After chasing my order a week after purchase (it was on next day day delivery) I was told they would chase up direct with Jabra. I phoned up again and was told that there was an 8-10 week delay even though Item was showing as in stock. (Why no one had contacted me after my purchase I don’t know) I was also told there was none in the country but they could offer me a 3rd party supplier cable for the same price as the genuine one from Jabra. Appreciate the offer but not paying same money for a copy as that of a genuine part. I rang Jabra directly and they had 20 in stock so not sure why they were told differently. Not a good experience however, Luke was polite and communicative and confirmed a refund was issued.

I found both Paul and Luke extremely helpful and was delighted with my purchase of BT4600 handset. It arrived very quickly after Luke sorted a delivery problem. A First class company and a pleasure to do business with.

Ordered item (was in stock) and it was dispatched and delivered next day by DPD. Would order again, seamless process, easy to use website which accepted multiple payment methods.

Paul @ PMC Telecom has outstanding customer service! I have never received such a quick turnaround with delivery for my headset. Anyone who is on the phones all day, absolutely should buy from these guys! Always great customer service and great rates. Whenever I need any telecom peripherals I always get straight on the phone to Paul. Without fail he manages to source what we need at a great price. Quick turn around and even quicker delivery. Would highly recommend Paul & PMC Telecom

Shocking company. After placing an order with them for an item that was showing in stock, I got an email the following day saying the item was not available. Despite several emails asking them to cancel the order and refund me they never issued me my refund. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so had to open a case with PayPal to get my refund.
