C'est le deuxième playseat que je commande sur ce site car le premier était un peu vieillissant après des années de service et de longues sessions de conduite. Les sièges sont de haute qualité, très confortable et les finitions incroyables. Le service clientèle est très réactif et aimable. La livraison a été rapide également (<48h). Je recommande à 100% ! Le playseat que j'avais commandé n'était plus disponible, le service client m'en a averti le jour même en me proposant un autre siège plus onéreux en compensation de leur erreur. Je n'aimais pas le siège proposé et je leur ai demandé pour en avoir un autre au même tarif que celui proposé. J'ai reçu celui-ci le lendemain. Service clientèle très réactif. Kaufte den Sensation pro schwarz ... Anlieferung und Verpackung war perfekt. Aufbau mit der Anleitung problemlos. Der Sitz ist äußerst robust und perfekt zum racen! Er ist sicher nicht günstig aber auf alle Fälle zum Empfehlen. Anbau der Fanatec Teile funktioniert perfekt. Bin 1,95 groß und habe problemlos Platz ... mein Kleiner mit 7 kann aber genauso damit fahren. Absolut zu empfehlen :)

Easy to use, easy to fold. Very good product

Pleasant and very helpful chat contact. So easy and quick to order. Delivery faster than expected, cool. Only concern, the boxes arrived in very bad condition. and the alcantara of the seat was very slightly damaged. Not too important so I decided to keep the set. Second problem, a thread of the seat broke during the primary adjustments. the seat only holds on three screws now. I haven't decided what to do yet... apart from that I'm very happy to drive in this "Sentation Pro"...

Was ich bestellt habe wurde geliefert und war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Lediglich FedEx hat länger gebraucht als angekündigt - da wir hier aber nicht von einer Herzoperation reden ist das nicht so wichtig :-).

I found what I was looking for in this shop and ordered it after being advised via the chat function in a way I'd never been..., very fast, friendly and extreme competently !!! Does everything it says on the tin, I’m disabled so need comfort when sitting playing games, I only live in a small place, so need to move it, so very solid when using but not to heavy to move, very impressed so far.
