I contacted Playseat support to see if the Playseat Trophy Handbrake/Gearshift Mount was available because it was showing out of stock. They happily helped me in a very timely manor and got my order put together so all I needed to do was put in my card details. I especially appreciate how shipping costs were covered in my order. Throughout the whole exchange they were very kind and polite. Overall great experience and I will happily be recommending Playseat to my friends and colleagues.

Ordered the Playseat with ease, cannot use a visa-debit card though so bear that in mind... Shipping was 48hr confirmed but i'm yet to receive as ordered wednesday afternoon, so that was a pain for this weekends plans... Needs to be a bit clearer i think....

Hallo, Zu alles erst muss ich ein großen Lob an den Support geben!! Da mein playseat f1 sitz nach 1,5 Jahren kaputt gegangen ist habe ich den Support kontaktiert und habe noch am selben Tag eine Antwort bekommen. Ich hatte Bilder und die Rechnung schon beigefügt und ohne langes hin und her wurde mir gleich ein Angebot über einen neuen Sitz gemacht. Der alte Zurück - der Neue kommt die Tage! Ein sehr schneller und netter Support! Zum Produkt an sich: Klasse! Einfach nur Super! Kann ich jeden weiter empfehlen!

Ich hatte schon mehrere Playseat- Produkte. Angefangen habe ich mit dem Playseat Challenge in Kombination mit dem Fanatec CSL Elite. Zwischenzeitlich bin ich auf den Playseat- Formula in Kombination mit dem Fanatec Podium umgestiegen. Ergänzt habe ich das Setup um den TV Stand Pro. Die Preise sind knackig, jedoch bekommt man etwas für sein Geld. Wenn ich mir etwas wünschen darf: Ein bisschen mehr Stabilität. Sonst bin ich happy und bin top zufrieden! Top. Hatte schon einen Seat welchen ich verkauft habe um einen anderen zu testen aber es gibt leider nichts was an den playseat ran kommt!

Ich konnte mich ohne Probleme als Gast anmelden und per Paypal bezahlen. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und schnell und das bestellte Produkt ist nun auf dem Weg zu mir, bei einer Lieferzeit innerhalb von einer Woche, von der Bestellung bis zur vorraussichtlichen Zustellung.

I am a first time gamer that’s became engrossed with F1 racing about 4 years ago. My family recognized it and acquired the F1 game with the appropriate equipment yet I didn’t have the right seat to round it out. The folks at PlaySeat have been the most supportive and responsive to my questions as I worked my way through the seat selection process. Customer Service is top notch. Helpful and quick. I looked into a LOT of companies and sim cock pits, but Playseat offers a better looking and more robust product that doesn't take up half of your room and looks aesthetically displeasing.

Hallo Zusammen. Ich kann lediglich über den Support berichten, das das Produkt leider noch nicht angekommen ist. Ich hab auf der deutschen playseat Seite einen Stuhl bestellt und erhielt leider die Nachricht, dass der Stuhl ausverkauft sei. Jedoch wurde mir im Anschluss gleich angeboten, dass die Kollegen aus Spanien noch einen bzw. mehrere auf Lager hätten und sie mit meinen Einverständnis meine Lieferadresse weiter geben würden. Ich stimmte dem zu und bekam eine E-mail vom spanischen Kollegen (auf englisch natürlich). Durch Umstände bekam ich mein geld wieder zurücküberwiesen und sollte das Geld auf ein Spanisches Konto überweisen. Einen Tag später bekam ich schon die Nachricht vom Zulieferer, dass mein Sitz unterwegs sei. Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, da ich finde, dass man kein Produkt online anbieten sollte, wenn es nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Und nebenbei, bei der Bestellung stand auf der Deutschen Seite dran, dass noch ein Stuhl verfügbar sei. Mit dem Stern abzug bin ich sehr gnädig, da es für mich jetzt kein großes Problem war. Ich denke andere hätten dieses Problem anderst bewertet.
