Excellent service. Was collected on time from home and taken to the airport. Was met at the airport on time when we returned from our holiday. Will definitely use your services again.
I booked a car which was half an hour late. The excuse I was given was that my assigned driver had broken down and they had to assign another driver. This is probably a standard excuse used many times by this outfit. When the driver arrived he made no attempt to help with luggage and stayed sitting in his seat. He did the same when we arrived at the airport. When we remonstrated with him he said it wasn't his job to open the boot or help with luggage! What a service!! The drive itself was truly awful and quite scary. The driver was continually touching his brakes even though the roads were clear - it was 3.30 in the morning - and it felt like we were driving over cobbled stone roads! Maybe it was because he was a driver of short stature who could not see clearly over the dashboard? Anyway it was quite worrying and I had to start talking to make sure he was not falling asleep! I will never use this company again and frankly the one star I have given does not do justice to the service - no stars would be more appropriate!

Great service in the end but they made a bit anxious because they kept forgetting the specifications I submitted in the online form, i.e. one of the passengers was in a wheelchair and the driver was quite surprised when he saw that. The sign was also displaying my name intead of the passenger's.
Excellent Service I booked a car for travel from Heathrow Terminal 4 to Paddington on 5th April, 2019. Booking was smooth and prompt. I received confirmation of booking within seconds. A day before the travel date I was asked to confirm my intention to travel, which I did. On arrival, the driver was waiting for me with my name on a plaqard. The driver was very pleasant and courteous. He took care of my luggage to the car park and loaded them into the car. He drove very carefully and responsibly. On arrival at my destination, he unloaded the luggage and carried them inside the building. Overall, an excellent service
Terrible service, arrived over an hour after my flight had arrived. Called the office and they clearly had not checked the flight arrivals as they said they would. Basically provided no solution whatsoever. Terrible customer service - I would not recommend or trust them.

I have used Pink Apple Cars recently and was really satisfied with their service. Although my flight was delayed but driver was there on time. I was happy that they kept an eye on flight and driver was very polite and helpful too. He helped me with my luggage as I was travelling with the children. Definitely recommend.
In reply to Pink Apples response (over 8 months after my post) I ordered a larger car you just did not supply it - END OFF . Do not use this JOKE of a company, Catalogue of errors, loads of BS from them. I stupidly after reading the reviews thought I would be OK. Booked 2 trips (return) and both nightmare. Will not refund difference between car I ordered and car I was given, reason given was that I had a discount at beginning, totally irrelevant. If you choose to use then good luck and be it on your head!! Late and too small car on outward journey. Very late on return, I have a disabled child and left waiting late at night over 30 mins. Even had cheek to offer me discount on next booking. What planet are they on, seriously they think I would book with them again. Oh and the driver was awful on first trip, Thought we were going to die. Even my husband was shaking when we got out of car.
Please avoid this company at all cost, me and my friends booked a taxi with Pink Apple Cars from Gatwick Airport to Stanmore, on arrival we were told that the car had broken down and a replacement was sent from another company, firstly we got a smaller car compared to the car we booked and secondly the driver who came to pick us up was utterly rude and was sleeping at the wheel!!!!!! the driver was driving all over the place and was swerving lanes from right to left, the driver also went straight over the roundabout, causing the car jump!!!!! We were lucky not be involved in a collision with third party vehicle, even though the driver nearly caused a few on our journey!!!!! I was also give conflicting information, firstly i was told that original booked had broken down, but when calling 'Pink Apple Cars' on my return I was told that the car went to another booking. I have given the company two weeks to resolve the issue, where i asked for full refund but was refused and they were only willing to give difference on the car and 10% off my next booking, they state that customer satisfaction is ‘Top Priority’ thats utter rubbish!!!!! as i was told to make the complaint about the driver against the third part company even though i paid Pink Apple Cars for my booking
On a recent trip to Canada they failed to turn up at all on the outward leg, and I almost missed my flight. I was offered a free pickup on the return leg, but Pink Apple arrived at touchdown time leaving no time to clear customs, and left before I could get out the airport. Totally untrustworthy.
AWFUL: Our cab from Gatwick to Greenwich was late. The driver was surly. He had the radio turned up loud on music. When asked he turned it down, only to turn it back up later. He had an awful air freshener blasting into the cab so strongly it made three of our passengers ill (one needing steroid treatment later) The cab was festooned with six religious items (rosaries, crucifixes etc), three of these were attached to the rear view mirror by suction pads, making the mirror unusable. We complained, told driver was disciplined and offered a 10% discount on the return journey (and assured a different driver) Didn’t happen for return journey. Same driver, same surly rude attitude, same over cloying air freshener, same radio. Less religious artifacts (now only 3 but not appropriate in a commercial vehicle carrying people of different faiths). Driver entertained himself by texting continually on the motorways at speed. Cannot recommend this service if you care about heath, safety, comfort or civility.

Hi I recently booked a return journey to Gatwick and after a few hiccups on the outward journey with the driver not at the çorrrect pickup point we were a little lasts for check in but pineapple cars fully redeemed themselves on the return journey,thee driver was waiting at Gatwick when we cleared customs and was very professional. I would recommende them and Weill certainly be using them again.
I can't say enough bad things about this service in London. This is from a family in Europe in June, 2017. Avoid this company. There will be many taxis when you get there and/or just use someone else.
I have used this company many times and have never had any trouble. It is easy to book and they are very helpful to help. The cabs turn up on time and provide an excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.
