Service is very nice through website and whatsapp but drivers are unpolite and faster than the speed limit in highway, can be dangerous if you go with kids.

Pick up from home excellent but really let down by airport pick up which was very late. Plane was delayed but pick up was even later.

Excellent all round! I was safely delivered to my destination regardless of a road rage incident. The driver responded calmly, driving safely, and without deviation despite attempts by another irresponsible driver to cause damage with dangerous driving and shouting abuse at the Pink Apple car. Thank-you.
On time, friendly driver all around good service
Good service but a little likely to be late at rush hour as traffic very bad around Gatwick.
The organisation was good prior to pick up, but the driver was late, rude and then complained about no tip! Turn up on time and you may get a tip, Mr Ignorant.
A fantastic service
Booked car to airport and back. On the way there the driver fell asleep. We were very nervous and had to keep an eye on him the rest of the journey. We asked hm to pull over and take a break but he wanted to push on. We rang the company and complained when we got to the airport. On the way back the car was not waiting, we rang and were told they had to send a different driver which would take another 40 minutes or so. We declined and got the train instead. We were promised a refund but only received 50% back. This is a very poor company, please don't risk it.
