It’s been more than ten days since two letters and one picture has been delivered and she still hasn’t gotten them. Other than that I like it.

I have just started this service. But everything has been so easy. From sign up and the layout of the website everything is simple and wonderful. And the quickness of getting them ordered and shipped is great. When my husband let's me know that he has received the order I will review again. But so far your service has been the best. I like your app. It's easy to use and my family really appreciates the love I send. I had to purchase 2 separate accounts for the 2 family members I have incarcerated. It would be nice if I could have one account that I could use for both inmates because I pay $19.99 per month per inmate. It could be slightly cheaper for those of us who have more then one incarcerated friend or family member.

I love pigeonly. Love the feature where you can send photos Or a postcard or add money to account. Great job pigeonly for helping us save money and time.

This is a great program for inmates as well their loved ones to communicate online fast and the variety of ways to send a token of love and care is awesome! It is efficient and easy to navigate and affordable! I am so grateful for pigeonly so my loved one knows he is thought of and loved!! Thanks pigeonly!! Very very VERY SLOW!!!

Everything was incredibly easy to use and I was surprised at how quick the first postcard I sent made it to him. I am waiting to talk to him tonight to see what he thinks of it :)

Great system, they could allow you to send up to more than one letter at a time , but besides that great.

Other then it takes awhile to go from here to the person I am writing it's been great and they have lots to offer. Their service is easy to use and understand. Only way it could be better is if it faster and cheaper.

I always have issues logging into my account each time I login I have to call customer service to reset my password

Is easy to use and saves the time of had writing letters.

This site has literally everything I need! I live in Canada so the mail and pictures etc..get to my loved one 3 times faster then regular mail! One thing I wish they had is I could have access too see how much funds are left on my account for phone calls.

To be honest the arrest of my boyfriend was so fast & sudden. That i applied to the 1st site i as saw could help me come in contact with him. An with your site the 1st thing i saw "all you have to do is write and we wilk do the rest" my heart felt some kind of release of stress like cool 1 less thing to worry about. It wasn't until i wrote a letter took 2 or 3 days to process just to see an expected delivery date. In my head i was like "omg really" 5 days to get an electronic letter it would have been faster to hand write & mail one myself. 3 days tops for the $9.99 minus the $10 off or it would have been $19.99. I get it you need to profit off your idea but don't give someone the idea that you are there for them & help them cuz you know the jail process. Some people like myself was scared never been through this before thought okay heres a man who knows the struggle. Tell us b4 that we are paying $9.99 for a week long wait. An my photos have been processing for days now like come on man.

Letter and pic have arrived. It does seem to take awhile before they are shipped out but I understand. The fee every month is high because it won't allow you to sent any more letters while one is being processed which is aggravating

Love pigeonly today talking to my love one he was asking how other people could get pigeonly. They see he gets letters, pictures, articles, and post cards every week. He looks forward to them all and I have so much fun being able to share every moment with him. It makes me feel like he is not missing out on so much of our life
