Sarah helped us through what was a minefield moving from analogue to digital telephony. Prices seem reasonable with a good unlimited call package and able to port over our existing number.

The email about adding contacts was useful, but generally too many emails. Hardware has not yet been delivered so I have no comments about the telephony. I am impressed by your website and the ease and simplicity of placing an order.

The staff at Phonely were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience of going over to VOIP was the time it took BT to re-assign my home phone number.

I can honestly say the service I have received from this company is probably the best I have ever had. Right from the beginning when signing up to their VOIP phone package through to the the setting up of the equipment at home, their operatives are extremely courteous and helpful . Any queries I had were answered promptly either by email or telephone with the utmost patience . Delighted to have chosen this company.

Very good customer service and advice from Sarah Butler who talked me through the whole changeover process as I went through the online form to sign up. Would definitely recommend Phonely as a new VOIP service as I have now in the process of transfering over from my current landline provider.

I had lots of questions to ask in order to fully understand VOIP in general, necessary in-home connections, possible pitfalls and Phonely’s offering in particular. Sarah Butler could not have been clearer, more helpful, more informative, more honest or nicer. She was excellent, explained everything throughly and slowly, and I am now happy to go ahead and order, which I shall do later today. Terrific. Thanks.

Cost effective VOIP I was looking for a cost effective alternative to our landline bearing in mind the changes taking place next year and found Phonely on an internet search. Their prices seemed reasonable and the basic package including calls suited us. I phoned and talked to Sarah who answered all of my questions and arranged the details - I was very impressed at how helpful and polite she was. I will now look forward to receiving our new VOIP phones using our existing landline number and will report back on their performance.

Phonely's website appears easy to use, but cunningly doesn't specify that you need a broadband service and router to make even their cheapest £9.97/month VOIP phone service work. That's before you buy either an adaptor for your existing phone or a new VOIP phone from them. So you'll be spending at least another £20+/month on broadband. There are lots of cheaper ways to get a reliable voice service (Whatapp etc) if you already have broadband. They accepted today (2nd April) that they need to update their website to make this clear - lets see if they now go ahead and do so.

I subscribed to Phonely for my parents. They're plagued with spam calls and whatnot. We ported their number over to Phonely in just a few days. The whole process was very simple, quick and easy. Phonely sent us an adapter so my parents could keep their landline number and their old phone too, they love it and it's much better value than BT's Digital Voice

Best home VoIP provider I've found, so far, in my evaluation of such companies, even though they are a relative newcomer in this role. Product offering, as it is at present, is excellent if a little limited. Pre-sales support good, ordering online easy with good delivery. No setup required to get started - just plug and go. Customer support is, in my experience, quite exceptional with nothing being too much trouble. Looking forward to evaluating new features and facilities as they become available.
