A small item was missing from my order. I contacted customer service to see if this could be forwarded on. Petmania insisted it had been packed . In the end, I agreed to drop the issue as felt i wasnt being believed. Honestly Petmania you can do better than this .

As yet I have not received my order. This is absolutely not acceptable. I thought I was ordering from. Ireland which should take a couple of days????? I will DEFINITELY not be using your company again. Ordered on 20th November and today is 30th November and nothing not even an email with an explanation of the delay!
