Package came badly damaged I cut my finger and wrist on the the hard plastic that contained the bird fat balls. Wasn't happy at all especially having to put plasters on my finger and wrist. Very dangerous. The whole hard plastic container was destroyed, even the lid and handle. Lid wouldn't come off. Had to put my hand through the damaged plastic. Fat balls were scattered inside cardboard box. Am looking for some sort of compensation. I have photos if you wish to see them of my hand,and box. I still have the invoice that came with it.
Really fast delivery and had the cat food I really needed. They did swap out the one I actually ordered with another similar one but the cat likes it so that’s what matters. Will order from Petmania again.
