Unreliable order process! My 10 year old Cavvy has a heart murmur & her order has been stuffed up twice now. I’ve left a longer detailed review on Google. Glad to see they can get everybody else’s order processed efficiently. Not mine though. I’m using a different service now…. 😡🤬
