I can always rely on petceutics reasonable cost and quick delivery, even when I place an order on sunday I have always received it Tuesday morning...the ordering is simple and confirmation by email is reassuring to me that my order is on its way. I would recommend petceutics to any owners who's pets require medication.

If you can find a vet who will write a script - this is so much better than getting meds from the vets. I've confused myself a couple of times by having a different delivery address to billing address and with having a repeat script, but my email was answered promptly and was all sorted and product arrived 2 days later - which is amazing given how backlogged the post is right now.

Ordered a product that came with a hole in it. Sent them an email with photos to be told it happened I shipping and not their problem. The hole in the package could NOT have happened in shipping, sent photos of the box completely intact and told again it wasn't their problem. Foolishly reordered same product later to with express post, waited four days to ring them to find out it wasn out of stock. Never deal wit them again.

I have been a customer of Petceutics for quite a few years and with three ageing pet dogs medication via our Vet can be very expensive. Petceutics provide cost effective meds delivered within a day or two and to our door. Wouldn't be without them.

Trixie our 6 Year Old Mini Fox Terrier has suffered with Diarrhea and Allergies for Years. She has had Many Medications and Diets without success. We have been to several Vets over the Years and we were despirate to find something that worked. Finally the Vet suggested the Pro-Biotic ”Protexin Professional Soluble Powder” which she has (½ a 2g Sachett) three times a week and at last she started to respond very well and improved greatly, after trying this product. She usually eats Boiled Prime Steak or Boiled Chicken with Protexin mixed in Mashed Sweet Potato or Mashed Pumpkin. It is the only Product that works, and thus we think it is a FANTASTIC Product.
Recently I utilised Petceutics to order Vivitonin 100 tablets for my 15 year old female Husky who had been acting disorientated for some months and had progressed to pooing inside (she was diagnosed with canine dementia by our local vet). I ordered through Petceutics mainly due to their price being less than half of what our vet wanted. The ordering process was easy and the tablets arrived from interstate within 3-4 days which was absolutely excellent. Only time will tell if the tablets improve her quality of life (and mine by not having to cleanup after her). I have no hesitation in recommending Petceutics based on my experience with them.
