Fantastic service. 10 year old Siberian Husky now a diabetic on twice daily insulin. Petceutics supply insulin at half the price of my vet clinic. My vet kindly provided a script which I upload (and post original) and then pay. The insulin is packed in an ice box to preserve the cold chain integrity and is delivered within 48 hours of submitting order. Could not ask for a better service. My dog and my wallet thanks Petceutics.

Easy ordering and a very quick turnaround make Petceutics a pleasure to deal with. Just one request - It is not easy to keep track of remaining repeats on medications especially where a chronic illness involved regular repeat ordering. Can add a feature to your order page that notifies remaining repeats once the pet's name and drug name etc have been entered?
Highly recommend. Great service and the best prices. Been using them for a year. I have a 16 year old cat who is on a lot of medication. To get the meds from a vet it would be over $200 a month. Through petceutics is is less then half. Never had a problem with customer service and there postage is very quick.

We have been a client of petceutics for over 6 years and cannot fault their professional service they offer Our Shar Pei Bella and previous girl Pepper both require ongoing medication which is/was delivered within a few days of ordering and at a very big saving to us The Karrapa medication cost $86 dollars for 20 days at our local vet but is only $27 delivered from Petceutics a savings of around $720 per year Thank you to the great staff and the prompt and friendly service we always get from Petceutics Darryl Elari
The Acidurin tablets are necessary for my cats health. I have had multiple orders from Petceutics and I will continue to do so as I am very pleased with the service.
Very poor, customer services takes 3 days to answer an email after script paid for and not sent. Meds sent 7 days after initial order, appalling service. Do not recommend. Pet Guardian give better service for sure. The owner, Susan does not want to hear feedback from her customers..... mm I’d like to know if my customers are not happy, wouldn’t you.

From ordering to delivery the staff at Petceutics made it easy to obtain the products I required. They processed my order promptly and Australia Post delivered on time. The cold pack was still cool when the medication arrived.
This is the second time I have used Petceutics. Easy to deal with, extremely fast email response, fast turn around. On both occasions I went there personally as Australia Post is so painfully slow nowadays. Collected my pre-paid meds; easy. Will use again when the time comes.
