Chocolate always is of great quality and delivery was smooth
I ordered a case of mini tart shells. They arrived quickly and I was updated re:the delivery. Every shell arrived in perfect condition! They taste nice and will work well for the tarts I am making for a fundraiser. The shells are coated on the inside so they will not get soggy as they sit with the filling. I was a little taken aback when I took one out and thought it seemed like a heavy coating but after eating one plain I did not detect any off flavor or weird mouthfeel from the coating.

After searching for a specific mold, I was thrilled to find a pastry company in my own backyard of Atlanta! Great service, received my order within 3 days in perfect packaging and condition. Now I need to finish making my Entremet! I highly recommend this company for all things pastry!
I ordered a number of different items and they were shipped in an amazingly fast way. Though, $30 for shipping seemed expensive for something that weighed maybe 5 pounds and after spending over $100.

They also ship if you don't happen to be local to the Atlanta Metro area.
