Although the item I wanted to order a few weeks ago was out of stock, I received a notice when it was available, love that feature :) I placed my order, received an email reminding me of the delicate product I ordered and was asked if I realized it was being shipped during warm weather. I did realize that but was comfortable having the cocoa butter chips shipped anyway. It was great to get the reminder, though. The items arrived in the promised time frame and in excellent shape!

Ordered hazelnut paste 11pd bucket. Very good product .Had same product before from a different company. Very well packed in box, didn't get any damage. Using this paste to make hazelnut mousse or buttercream for cake fillings. Definitely will order from here again.
