The white chocolate truffle shells are well protected; not a single one was damaged upon arrival. They store well, with protective plastic trays. I enjoy filling them with pistachio ganache, dipping them in dark chocolate, then rolling them in crushed pistachios--yum!

Pastry Depot is one of a few vendors I rely on purchasing products I need and unable to find on Amazon (at least for competitive prices). They had been by far the cheapest for what I was looking for. That aside, in the past I had spoken with their customer service support and they're great to deal with. Highly recommend.
