ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

Park let don’t adhere to cooling off periods. I told them on day 2 that I didn’t want to continue with the agreement, but they were demanding more money for a service I used once.

Hello I’m writing today to advise people not to use (PARKLET) services, reason being I had to pay an upfront cost of £75 for deposit in which I’m still waiting to receive because I needed to hand in permit which was impossible to hand back as it was thin piece of paper with glue on which sticks to your front window. I have also sent parklet picture picture evidence of trying to retrieve sticker permit but they have still not payed my £75 deposit, and said I need to pay for replacement permit for owner costing £50 which they will take out of my £75 deposit. NOT PROFESSIONAL

First parking space what we reserved was taken, and after a call we didnt get any help from the parklet team. We made another reservation and didnt got full return for our first reservation and allso we spend few hours to solve this problem. Parking spaces could be better marked.
I would definitely recommend Parklet I travelled to London for three days training course thought I'd got free parking with accommodation later to find not the case quickly looked at Parklet and found excellent parking 5 miles away at a fraction of the cost (£160 elsewhere) £16.00 with Parklet. Easy to use plenty of choice and did what it said Thank you so much
