ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

Takes too long to access money from a rental. My parking space was used and it says I may need to wait weeks for the money. Whereas JustPark makes it available in 24hrs or less

I uploaded a few pictures and listed my parking space. There was interest quite quick. Communication was quick as well and informative. The only slight negative is that the admin payment taken from the first monthly payment seems a little much.

I have been renting out my garage through Parklet since March 2017 and have found their team to be very professional and easy to work with. They have anticipated end-of-contract timings and found new tenants in time so that there have not been any non-rental periods. I am happy to recommend Parklet as a garage rental service.
I was looking for a secure parking space and booked one via Parklet. It is located in a court with locked gates. I travelled abroad for a couple of weeks and returned to find my car cover had been stolen. Clearly, this is an area where you must exercise caution when it comes to products such as car covers or other valuables. It must have been stolen by one of the occupants, as the court yard is closed. I immediately contacted Parklet and informed them that I wanted to cancel my contract and immediately remove my vehicle from that spot. They stated that if you want to terminate the contract early, the landlord must accept it. Which he never accepts or responds to. I posted a review for the space to warn others about how dangerous it is to leave a vehicle in that area, but it was never displayed on their website! They mislead people by displaying only good reviews. YOU CAN NOT FIND BAD REVIEWS in their website.
