Excellent service. Accidentally took money twice. We noticed a few weeks later. there was no issue with returning the money back. Again very helpful staff.

Spent over £2k with these guys as my first order with them. Pallet arrived late after being sent to the wrong courier. It was water damaged with 2 chromed traps soaking wet inside their boxes. Their attitude was that as the traps are used in a wet environment that’s ok and packaging is not part of the item. Forget the fact that it looks to my client that I’m palming off used stock them. Everything had to be check for water damage as there were electronics in some of the order. A rather expensive Keuco mirror had damaged to the fitting and has been resent. The Duravit WC has a faulty, out of shape pan and cistern. The pan is now on backorder for 3weeks and they are refusing to replace the cistern as they say Duravit wouldn’t send out from the factory anything out of tolerance. Yeah, right, just like the pan which they have agreed as faulty? The cistern is only 460mm tall but is over 10mm out of square and looks awful against the corner wall which has been built straight. It is 376mm wide at the bottom and 365mm at the top and rhomboid in shape yet Park street couldn’t care less - literally - and have told me I can reject the order but need to pay freight back. I spent £250k on fittings last year and my usual supplier has sold up so I thought I’d try these guys - big mistake. I appreciate things go wrong but the important thing is to own it - not hide behind ridiculous tolerances. Their loss - I simply won’t buy from them again

Products not in stock - massive lead time Ordered a bulk of cross water products from Park Street who where happy to take my order and money to one be told 3 days later that these items would be 6-7 weeks before they could deliver. Really poor experience, I wouldn't recommend and check that the items are in stock before ordering

Having to source a specific replacement shower tray I found Park Street Bathrooms had listed the correct one and upon phoning them said they would have it in stock for me to collect the following day. True to their word it was there and I collected it saving on the delivery charge and time to deliver excellent service.

The delivery was delayed, which I had to chase up rather than them contacting me to let me know that they were waiting for completion of a product. Then we opened the basin to find it in a hundred pieces. Despite it not having been moved since delivery they offered no apology or discount on replacement because we had not informed them within the 5 days given. We have learnt - make sure you check you order on delivery!!
