waiting for an important letter. 2.3g...funny it was in my country within 2 days. but the letter has been "on hold" for over a month with the justification: "so that it is a matter of discreet delivery, we need 150 euros for a phytosanitary certificate, otherwise we have to give it to customs." after many letters the account managers became more and more unfriendly. Status Disclose - on hold. My letter is simply withheld even though it's nearby. but honestly now. 150 euros extra, so that the discretion is maintained? rip off pure. When I asked about a supervisor, I was told "Are you ready to pay now?" Haven't heard from my show since then. 07.01 arrival in my country. Today is February 16th.

We are a mail order business that has been operating for over 10 years, offering servicing parts on a next day delivery basis. For the last 12 months we have used Parcelhub as our primary courier, they deliver approximately 6000+ parcels for us every month, right across the UK and Northern Ireland. The service and support we have received over the last 12 months has been second to none. The tracking screen on the Parcelhub portal has every consignment, both current and historic, colour coded so as to highlight any delivery discrepancies/issues. The Customer Service team are extremely pro-active, in most case pre-empting potential address issues/ local service restrictions, long before we have been notified. We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Parcelhub to any potential business, large or small. Keep up the the good work, its very much appreciated!

Trameen Aslam - My account manager which has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. Extremely conscientious, engaged and determined to consistently provide a positive result! I believe employees are the true representation of a company's values and ethics. Trameen makes me feel that Parcelhub are a company committed to provide a customer centric, engaged and positive working culture. Trameen deserves a raise and promotion ASAP!

Parcel hub are great, they have arranged pick up of my parcels and had them taken to the local depot of my chosen courier company. Parcel hub have helped speed up my label making and also will change my pick up parcel days when I request short notice which is helpful as running a small business around everyday life can be difficult and you need companies to be flexible. Leigh is also helpful and always gets back to be quickly. Overall I’m please I’m using parcelhub, they take the stress out of that part (parcel pick ups) of running a business! Caroline Boh Home

Massively disappointed. The system was good, the price was reasonable the service poor. Not only did Parcelhub lose over 60 parcels in a month, but when they retrieved a dozen or so of them they sent them back to me broken and still tried to charge me for them. Others then got retrieved which they sent to customers 2 months later, by which time we had already refunded. Will not be using them again

ParcelHub have changed the way we run the eCommerce side of our small business! It saves us hours every day and was super simple to set up, with the help of our rep. The claims process is so much simpler when things do unfortunately go wrong and the claim team take an active role in helping us file and chase claims with the couriers. I'd recommend ParcelHub to anyone looking to take their eCommerce business to the next level by automating their parcel booking process!

I really wanted this to work! The website is easy to use and does the 'hard' work of choosing a courier - right? Well, that is where it stops, every parcel, without exception has been delayed by at least a day (not helpful for next day service) and generally, riddled with other issues. Customer services, whilst polite, generally are ineffective and polite platitudes don't get parcels delivered. So sadly, I will revert dropping my parcels and documents off with the local stationer, where I have some recourse if anything goes wrong. Great idea, very poorly executed.

The tracking is excellent and showed I had an address issue .. quick message to their face book page and was given the customer service number, they sorted out the problem straight away. Excellent and would be happy to recommend to anyone thinking of sending out parcels via Parcelhub

Parcel Hub feel like they are consistently working for our best interests. They are competitively priced and have a good selection of courier options available. Our account manager, Mark has been excellent at understanding our requirements, both in the beginning and as they have continually changed. Parcel Hub deal with difficulties and challenges well and Mark is happy to get involved to personally help find solutions with me.

As a e-Commerce business, we worked with numerous logistic companies before and they all start off pretty well. But after the honey moon period or when the business grow and your requirement changes, we found that some of our existing logistic partners just cannot provide the additional service we required. We end up scouting around the market for other partners and even if you are lucky enough to find one, the process of negotiation, IT integration, account setup, etc are just nightmare we don't need. In the end, we choose to partner with Parcelhub simply because it has the connections we needed with all the carriers. The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is top notch to say the least. So now we can diversify our shipping profile but manage it all under one account and one company. They also have their inhouse colour coded tracking system which means you don't have to go round different carrier websites to track your shipment as it is now all under one site. All in all, a very good company to work with. Keep up the good work lads!

We have been using Parcelhub since the very early days of our business, where they were the only company to be patient with our very low rate of daily parcels in the beginning, whilst we built up (over 3 years) to where we are now where we send out over 200 per day. Their account management is excellent and have been with us every step of the way, and created a bespoke service for us that is vital to the success of our business. All couriers will have issues with some deliveries, it is impossible to get them all right - not one courier has a 100% success rate, it is unrealistic to expect that in our opinion. We have found that they deal with the odd delivery issue very well. Not to mention the price for the service is fantastic, and second to none in the industry. Would definitely recommend to other businesses.
