Ordered item from Amazon; tracking number for Parcelhub not recognised on website; no information to advise me who is actually delivering item. Rubbish - will not order anything again which involves Parcelhub. Have contacted seller - Art Shop in Skipton for clarification and no response from them! Hopeless.

Our business has grown very quickly in recent months and with the Royal Mail strikes we were struggling to offer our customers an alternative service. The customer service at Parcelhub has taken all the stress out of deliveries and the IT integration with our Shopify and Amazon stores has been very smooth and intuitive to use. Most importantly I cannot fault the customer service from our account manager Tony who is exceptionally responsive and helpful going above and beyond for us . Adam is the IT guru and his calm manner and expert knowledge has made the whole process seamless . We could not be happier with Parcelhub and once again we are able to offer our customers great deliveries. On the rare occasions when things have gone wrong with deliveries we have someone to speak to and real information available to update our customers which keeps them happy too. So glad we found this company!
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with, they charge you for returns!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFFS!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. STICK TO ROYAL MAIL YOU ALL!!!
Absolutely terrible service , I wanted to join as a business seller and at the last minute was told the agreed price of 2.40 has gone up to 2.60 as they couldn’t arrange drivers . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
We have had nothing but amazing service from the Parcel Hub Team. Tom Spence (Our account Manager) has been fantastic, he calls everyday to see how things are getting on and if we need extra support as we are a new account and are still getting grips of things. Adam is a fantastic asset to the team. He has helped us setup and fix issues we have encountered and is always there to help if we have further questions. ParcelHub is amazing and couldn't ask for more.
Details of the Consignment number 31484530118021 deleted from the site.The sender Adexa sent the broken goods. Now the parcelhub don't want to tell me any details of the consignment as they say it void their data protection. I could say they just saving the skin of Adexa direct who sent me broken item.
ParcelHub are incredible. We switched from Royal Mail to ParcelHub after an insane amount of issues and I wish I had done it sooner! We have had no problem at all since changing and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Our account manager, Leigh, is absolutely brilliant along with the rest of the team who always reply to emails quickly, call me promptly if needed and honestly are super friendly. They are an absolute pleasure when it comes to customer service as well as having an impeccable delivery service.
Fantastic service. Our account manager (Business Development Manager) named Tom Spence resolved all currier issues promptly and takes the time to call us to review our requirement or need etc, always available to help out. The shipping rates they provided us are are reasonable. Adam, I.T tech has resolve all the I.T issues so we've encountered promptly & swiftly. Wali's Paradise are very pleased and hope to continue to us Parcelhub's service. Our customer manage has been great setting up our account, we have had a great experience answer all our questions, and being very much shop-floor orientated and not office-orientated I had many! The service has been excellent, I don't think there have been any problems with the parcels we've shipped which have been proactively tracked, unlike the service we've lately rieved from another courier who destroyed a parcel and didn't tell us or the customer

Been with parcelhub since February. Really happy with the service I’ve received and a great way for small business to get great rates with couriers. Leigh has been great and any issues I’ve had he’s been there to resolve them for me.
