Please beware, this company will withhold and keep your money at the first opportunity. Having booked a collection in from the Netherlands, but unfortunately had to cancel this as the supplier doesn’t ship to the UK. When I informed them of this, they told me there are keeping 50% of my refund (over £200). Absolute scum bags!

Hej,jag har skrevet til dem riktigt mange ganger men de svarer mig ikke.Jag har intet nummer som jag kan ge dem,han som sende det fra Yemen gav mig kun nummret 2525 men det kan jeg ikke bruge til noget.Jag skal have det paketet men absolut ikke till 33.000 danske kroner,det er helt umuligt at det kan kosta såååå meget.Jag vil at de kontakte mig så vi kan finde ut noget och de skal ikke komme med en masse undskylningar.Jag har aldrig upplevet et sådant dåligt bolag.Jag vil have mit paket med en faktura så kan jag betala når jag har fået paketet.De vil ikke sige något om hvor paketet er.Jag får ingen information fra dem.Pernilla

Worst company ever, 1 no update on delivered or not, so impossible to work with ebay. 2. Have 2 parcels lost, ordered ups next day service the costumer recived it 2weeks later after nightmare of costumer service boming. 3. Empty promises update you, if u dont be on they’re back they don’t bother doing anything. 4. As business stoped using them and whent straight to courier business got back on track. BE AWARE, HAVE PEACE OF MIND AND DONT USE THEM !!!!

Extremely poor quality of service Sent an international package through Parcel2go, its 10th day and still they have it in UK in depot for last 10 days. No sense of urgency.

Any news? I have been waiting for my boxes since 3 month and have an insurance. This company ask me for proof to open a claim because I want my money back, while they are the one who made a mistake it is a shame. Never use this company. Also, I dont understand why my boxes are in a storage somewhere....? the JOKE : 2. I used them to ship to the US, and the item never arrived. I called the shipping company but was told i needed to go through Parcel2ship as they had the contract on the shipment. When I went through parcel2ship, both customerservice people I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. I've had to beg the shipping company to deal with this as I refuse to keep being spoken to in the way Parcel2Ship (nominated carrier) has been doing over the past few weeks.

Really really bad service!! No one calls you back at all despite numerous calls!! They don't fulfil their promise of making initial contact in 2 days. Wondering if I am going to get my goods at all!!

I paid an insurance to cover the goods that i shipped to France, a third of the goods were damaged (probably the pallet fell down to the floor), unfortunately parcel2ship are messing around with the papers to provide in order to avoid paying for the damage...a shameful attitude...but i will not give up

I recently used this company to deliver a pallet. They told me it would take 2-3 working days which was fine as I needed it within four. It arrived after eight days and when I complained they weren't interested and basically said that they don't provide any service SLA so it gets there when it gets there! What's the point of a delivery service you can't rely on? I'll use someone else in future and recommend that you do too. Why do I have to give them one star? I don't want to give them any.
