Exceptional service. From the initial contact (I had emailed three companies. One never replied, one did but failed to reply when I ask for a visit from an engineer before they would quote, Paragon were super responsive and helpful) to the repairs (efficient and respectful engineers). I was with another (large) company for 10 years and I wished I had switched a lot sooner. Cannot recommend Paragon enough.
We had a great first experience with Paragon Pump Servicing and have since decided to appoint them for our annual servicing requirements for a sump pump system serving a block of flats. The engineer (Aaron) was very knowledgeable and explained our issues in a very understandable way.
